Lately, kalau pegi mana-mana bandar besar memang prefer stay kat homestay instead of hotel. Homestay ni specifically kat highrise building samada servis apartment atau condominium. Most probably new or yang up scale ler.
In point of view nak tengok
1. Building design, layout, unit offered, nos. of unit per floor, built up area, nos. of block, total units and view
2. Speed, nos and size of the lift, security, facilities provided, provision of car park and ramp or turnover for disable.
3. Price, noise (why this item look important. Kita tak nak la dengar jiran bukak katup pintu bilik, pintu depan, berborak kat balcony, dengar tarik kerusi, hentak2 kaki. Eh! bayar mahal kut untuk setiap unit, takkan developer guna cheapskate building material...kata guna brickwall..banyak jenis wooo...sama juga sandbrick...yang paling low class guna...end up workmanship ke laut.
4. Klu building tu kebanyakkan yang beli untuk investment off course tak duduk kan..end up sewakan. Samaada long run tenant macam saya, or short term rent mcm saya juga. Klu kawasan tu banyak foreigner (eh! jgn tak tau abg2 bangla, indon dah start duduk kat servis apartment or condo tau...). tu belum lg mat black or mainland (even some of my chinese friend tak suka depa ni..bila tanya knp..depa kata lagi kurang ajaq..)
5. Location, accessibility and traffic. Nearby tak dengan commercial activities yg lain. Klu nak beli keropok super ring sampai kena drive for half an hour..potong markah ler...
6. Since C19 ni, price per night agak murah la. For one bedroom/studio type dalam RM134 boleh dapat 3D2N...murah gila...ker sbb takde orang nak stay tempat macam ni...hmmmm...camno nak dapat GRR yg tip top...
We stay kat Grand Medini Iskandar. Tengok jer la kat bawah ni yea...photo in random yea..malas nak susun.
Yang interior show unit rasanya...lupa dah mana satu..maklumlah banyak sangat gambar...
