5hb September 2018. Mohd Saif Abdul Salam lahir...cucu lelaki yang ke 3. Berat masa lahir 4.0 kg.

18hb October 2018..lahir lagi sorang cucu..cucu perempuan ke -2. Kira 5 la semua cucu opah/nenek. Tahun depan ada lg sorang nak keluar...Berat waktu lahir 3kg. Ni kuning sket..takpe jemur pagi2 bawah matahari pagi inshallah hilang la kuning tu..

Nostalgia

Selain dari Amverton banyak lagi places yang kita boleh explore di Carey Island ni. Antaranya adalah historical building, i.e. tempat tinggal manager-manager estate dulu2 (tapi kawasan restricted area..pernah sampai 12 to 15 years back..that time this plantation we oulls valued so boleh la explore), muzium, golf club, 8 hole golf course and of course ladang sawit beserta oil mill nye...😍

 

Ini muzium ..banyak info terutama tentang sejarah pulau carey. Tepi belah kanan ada kepala keretapi termasuk wagon...

Amverton Cove

Assalammualaikum,

Alhamdulillah job dah start masuk lps 2 bulan beroperasi.. tapi bukan amverton ni yg dinilaikan. (mana la tau ada rezeki being asked to value in near future...aminnn...)

Kebetulan sedang mencari all the sales comparable which related to the subject property then the curiosity as a valuer of course kena la go around.....view all the current or up-coming development within the vicinity of the subject property.....tak kisah la more than 10 km radius ke as long being update..takde la nanti mcm katak bawah tempurung..bila RV tanya or other client tanya..at least kita dah ada raft picture/perception of that certain area. Then the accurate of given indicative value won't tend lari jauh sangat..

This development sited within Carey Island. To golfer lover my opinion it will be a suitable place. Not so far from Klang Valley and being connected with highways and state roads.

Since this place co-incident jumpa..tak explore sangat as we are rushing to see other comparables as well .....tapi boleh la look to their website....tengok apa yang d offer..
