tips utk sapa2 nak beli showhouse
1. make sure the developer given u list of item. coz sometimes they will said the material, furniture n fixture is custom made
2. Check out the price. How much is the standard unit n how much if include the item inside the showhouse
3. if go for financing, valuers only valued the fixed item such as kitchen cabinet, wardrobe etc. moveable item like kerusi, meja, lampu, aircond not included
