Ni bukan tugasan aku sebenarnya, sekadar menemankan opismate yg tiba2 rasa seram-seram sejuk utk inspect satu rumah kosong kat sini. Tugas macam kami ni selalunya bersendirian. Kalau kena inspect agriculture land, masuk la sorang2 (maksud aku berdua ajer la dgn client, but since satu incident 8 tahun lepas bila lebih ramai client dari valuer, boss aku decide no more agriculture land valuation especially kena masuk hutan banat, kalau terpaksa, kena pegi 2 orang dari opis-marabahaya wooo....- u all just just imagine when u have 4 guys and 1 women in 1 car. One of the guy ask u, if we did something to u, what is ur reaction since we r in the middle of jungle. Speechless beb, what that girl say, "whatever u all want to do, i akan bertahan ke titisan darah yg terakhir, senang cerita, kat dunia u all bole lepas, kat akhirat tak bole, Allah will always be with me, insyallah n i'm sincerly here to do my job, my boss know where i am and who i meet, kalau i mati, u all kena gak. Menggigil tak usah la nak cakap and that girl is ME, alhamdullilah, lega bila aku selamat sampai ke opis dalam keadaan safe n sound). Since that kena hati2 tengok client, rasa mencurigakan hantar valuer lelaki- masalahnya lelaki tak nak buat kerja ni, SEBAB gaji ciput beb!, baik depa joint property management or developer. Kalau inspect property yang tak der plan, terbongkang-bongkang la tarik tali tape sorang2 (hemmmm....biasanya utk building besar kitaorg pakai laser measurement - canggih maaaa n speed sket). Kalau ader budak praktikal senang sket, bole la suruh depa tolong tarik tape, susah2 sgt suruh aje client tolong pegang. Ok gak daripada depa melangu tak buat aper, tak kan tengok jer kot!

Berbalik kepada kes kat atas, since rumah kosong kena la p berdua. Opismate tu pompuan, aku pun pompuan tp sebab badan aku lebih besar sket dari dia, kira ader rasa safety la kut....Cheh...Waima bagaimanapun, sebagai seorang muslim, nak masuk mana2 tempat kita telah diajar utk baca la apa2 ayat yg patut, tak boleh hafal semua, baca la ayat kursi, bagi salam dan jgn main redah terus masuk, have to make sure and peka with ur surrounding, mana tau kalau terpaksa lari, lari...(always stanby).

Sierramas west ni located across North South Expressway. Access is via Jalan Sungai Buluh or can be exiting at Sg. Buluh interchange via PLUS expressway. The main entrance to sierramas development is approximately 500 metres from the above toll plaza. Sierramas west is a guarded and gated development and part of whole Sierramas development. Other include Villamas and Vallencia Sierramas.







Sierramas west guarded and gated development. Nak masuk sini via appointment, tak boleh main redah jer. Kalau terpaksa, the guard will call the respective house ask if they know this visitor. If yes, baru allowed to enter. Kitaorg yg dapat masuk (i mean for tugasan) dan after finish inspect the respective property nak round keliling especially looking for comparables pun kena hati2. Abis, requirement by boss have to snap photo of the comparables (w have to do this as help to analysis the value of the subject property), nama pun gated and guarded, so orang2 yg duduk kat sini tentu ler kaya2 beb. They will call the guard and ask to investigate bila nampak kitaorg snap2 gambar. Cheh! macam la kita nak rompak rumah dia.
