Lama dah aku tak upload property yang aku inspect. Kali ini agak istimewa sbb konsep n layout nampak berbeza dgn property yang sediada tambah lak decoration interior untuk show house mmg nampak menarik walaupun selling pricenya AGAK mahal.

The Villa only offer 42 units of three-storey grand residence. More to semi-detached concept but with two building namely as residential pavillion and leisure pavillion. Residential pavillion is a 3-storey residential building which accommodate private garage (up to 3 cars), Master bedroom with built-in wardrobe, study room and attached bathroom finished with jacuzzi, 3 other bedrooms with ensuite bathwc and a private lift. Whilst leisure pavillion is a 2-storey building annexed to residential pavillion accommodate a living area, dining area, wet and dry kitchen and entertainment area. Leisure pavillion comes with double volume ceiling.
